Graduation Rate 18/19 school year: 96.15% S:T Ratios Student to Teacher Ratios: Elementary- 26:1 Jr-Sr High School - 19:1 Career Tech 50% of our Junior and 41% of our Senior students attend Wexford-Missaukee Career Technical Center. Tutoring 7-12th Grades: After School Tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:05-4:00 pm. Elementary has after school support in reading and math (ROAR) by appointment with child's teacher. Awards Marion Elementary School has been named a 2019 National ESEA Distinguished School, a distinction that only up to 100 schools throughout the country receive annually, by the National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators (NAESPA). Boy's: Cross Country, Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Track JH-HS Robotics Students in 6-12th grades have the opportunity to participate in one of our FIRST Robotics teams. Dual Enrollment Offered by Mid Michigan College. We currently have 14 students taking 46 courses paid for by MHS! E-Sports Team The only High School in our area with an active e-sports team! Senior Spotlight Reverse Slider Dominicc has attended Marion all of his life. The highlight of his senior year will be graduating. After graduating he plans to get a house and start a family. Samantha has attended Marion for 10 years. The highlight of her senior year will be graduation. After high school, she plans on going in to the workforce. Emily K has attended Marion since pre-school. The highlight of her senior year was having almost a month off for Christmas Break. She plans on going to Mid-Michigan Community College for business. Logan R has attended Marion for 12 years. The highlight of his senior year is getting a personal record in cross country. He plans on becoming an electrician after high school. Jordan W has attended Marion for 4 years. The highlight of his senior year was going to Sleeping Bear Dunes with his cross country team. He plans to go to Mid-Michigan Community College to get his pre-requisites and then transfer to a University to become an engineer. Keegan B has attended Marion since pre-school. The highlight of his senior year was making it to the semi-finals in football. He plans on attending Northwestern Michigan College to become an electrical and drivability tech. Cameron S has attended Marion for 10 years. The highlight of his senior year is being in CTC. After graduating he plans to drag race, get his CDL, and start a trucking company.
